While I was in architecture school, my dad was diagnosed with ALS. I spent years neglecting my own health and well-being because naturally, I was worried about his. After he passed, I looked in the mirror and felt disappointed. I no longer recognized myself. I no longer loved myself. I had let myself go completely because I was spending all my time worrying and caring for someone else.
I knew I had to make some serious lifestyle changes….so, I did. But, it was a REALLY SLOW process.
Now, I’m using what I’ve learned through years of my own experiences and experiments as well as through the courses and the certifications to help you achieve this and SO MUCH MORE while saving you time and frustration.
