Former interior designer, graphic designer, & wedding planner turned holistic nutritionist & health coach. I went from having no self-care practice, hating vegetables, hardly exercising, & feeling stressed all the time to living a healthy lifestyle WITH EASE. 

Years ago, I looked in the mirror & felt disappointed. I no longer recognized myself. I no longer loved myself. I had let myself go completely because I was spending all my time worrying & caring for someone else. 

I knew I had to make some serious lifestyle changes….like RIGHT THEN & THERE. So, I did. But, it was a REALLY SLOW process.
